Donnie Darko - Evelyn

This movie was so weird!! I thought I was going to have nightmares! Donnie could be portrayed as a symbol of Jesus Christ because Donnie sacrificed his own life to save the lives of people he loved. One character who I can't figure out her importance is the overweight, asian girl. I don't understand her significance in the movie so if anyone has any thoughts about it, comment!
